FORVIA Announces New North American Clean Mobility President Jefferson Gomes
Jefferson Gomes has been appointed North America President for FORVIA’s Clean Mobility Business Group based in the company’s North American headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
In his new role, Jefferson will be directly responsible and accountable for the sustainable development of the Clean Mobility business group’s business and operational performance in North America. Previously, Jefferson served as the Country General Manager for FORVIA’s South Africa operations.

Jefferson has been with FORVIA since 2018 holding numerous leadership positions in Operations and Business Development in the Czech Republic, Germany, and South Africa.
Prior to joining FORVIA, he spent 12 years at the Renault-Nissan Alliance working in manufacturing and in strategic leadership, including playing a key role in the Alliance’s Common Platforms and Parts initiative to ensure the seamless launch of its Common Module Family platform across 1.6 million vehicles per year on 12 models.
Jefferson holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique and from Telecom Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Sao Paulo.
