FORVIA Announces North American Seating Division President Colleen Haley
Colleen Haley has been appointed North America Division President for FORVIA’s Seating Business Group based in the company’s North American headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
In her new role, Colleen Haley will be directly responsible and accountable for the sustainable development of the Seating division’s business and operations in North America.
“Colleen brings a wealth of experience as a global leader with a proven track record of success in the automotive, aerospace and energy industries,” said Stephane Noel, Executive Vice President, FORVIA Seating Business Group. “She is recognized for her strong operational expertise, international experience, customer-oriented vision, and commitment to building high-performing teams. In her role Colleen will leverage this experience to drive robust industrial performance within our operations and strategically diversify our customer base as we position our Seating business for a sustainable future in North America.”

Prior to joining FORVIA Colleen was CEO of Quality Metalcraft, served has Group Vice President at Parker Hannifin, and Chairman of Yazaki’s South America Operations in Brazil. Colleen holds a Masters degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
