Faurecia’s VIE Program?

 

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?

 

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – North America Operations (NAO) Division is looking for you as a Program Launch Engineer VIE m/f for our Clean Mobility Crossroads site in Columbus, IN USA.

Your role and responsibilities?

   

 

Your main missions will be to

 

  • Support Division Launch Manager on launches objectives.
  • Gather, analyze and report associated to Launch objectives and key indicators.
  • Support training activities to Clusters.
  • Support special assignments focused on new launches improvement.

   

The mission will last 18 months.

 

Who are you?

 

  • Master’s degree in Engineering     
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in Product/Process Engineering, Manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Previous working experience on new launches is a plus
  • Competencies in data process with Excel (Charts, Pivot tables, Macros)
  • Information analytical skills
  • Lean Manufacturing
