Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Division is looking for an Program Cost Analyst at our Clean Mobility Crossroads location in Columbus, Indiana.

Job summary:

The Program Cost Analyst role is to provide a consolidated cost (upfront, BOM cost, tooling & investment) all along the different phases of a program, in line with actual product definition, and potential modifications. The main missions of the role are to :


Support program costing procedures implementation and Golden Rules compliance

  • Consolidate all functional costs utilizing applicable tools / methods 

  • Assist and guide representative teams through process

  • Take ownership of the cost models delivery to CBUs and work with counterparts in various functions to deliver optimized inputs in a timely manner.

Provide cost information status and follow up (monitoring, explanation)

  • Analyse & challenge applicable cost information provided

  • Gather and consolidate (part price/ investments/ toolings) cost data according to defined product and likely industrial path

  • Ensure cost evolution detailed follow up & tracability for piece costs

  • Support the program controller into the Business Plan updates explanations or Risks & Opportunities estimates

 Candidate profile 

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Master's degree in engineering or Associate's degree in engineering/Diploma, with a specialisation in Production
  • Minimum 2/3 years experience in an industrial environment including a first technical experience (production, manufacturing engineering,…)
  • Technical knowledge in one or several products and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to provide qualitative and reliable information, and to work on a project management basis
  • Ability to manage uncertainty and take hypothesis
  • Good communication skills and autonomy
  • Fluent in English
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
